Exela is looking to hire a Travel Desk Executive and will be responsible for on time and
accurate travel support including ticket booking, visa and insurance processing, hotel booking
for Exela employees. This position will also be responsible for supporting the admin
responsibilities including coordination of, MIS reporting and other tasks as and when given by
the manager.

Responsibilities:
End to End Travel Management for Employees and Top Management Air Ticket & Hotel
Booking
Hands on experience of international travel booking, Processing employees and
management VISA & Travel Insurance
Responsible for company Guest House Management

Maintaining all official records &Vendor Management

Qualifications
Experience in travel agency will be preferred
Proficient in MS-office and computer knowledge
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent English is mandatory
