Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kannur, Kerala, India for a Travel Consultant at UTS Holidays. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This includes providing expert advice, arranging transportation and accommodations, creating itineraries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. You will also handle any inquiries or issues that may arise during the travel process.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, and transportation options
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
• Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred
