Job Overview
Tejasva Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This includes flights, accommodations, transportation, and any other necessary travel services. The ideal candidate should have a Junior level experience of 1 to 3 years in the travel industry and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel services

- Research various travel options to provide clients with the best possible recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends, destinations, and regulations
- Ensure accuracy in travel bookings and update clients on any changes or disruptions in their travel plans
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during a client's trip and provide necessary support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other travel partners
- Collaborate with team members to constantly improve the travel booking process and customer experience
