PPC calls and META experience preferred

Effectively perform inbound calls to target prospects.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
Close sales and achieve targets.- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory team to build pipelines and close deals.
Must have experience in brand and generic calls
- Knowledge of Amadeus is an addon
- Desired Candidate Profile
Proven inside sales experience
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per day
Excellent verbal communication in Spanish- Must have experience on Destination oriented calls
Should be passionate about Travel Sales.
- Amending and Cancelling Flights, Processing Refunds, Repricing, Making New Reservations.
Expert in handling Airline Calls and Online Queries.- Meeting Monthly Performance Metrics.
Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Should be comfortable with US shift
