Description
We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with expertise in shipping to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the job market of India and a strong understanding of the shipping industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and assistance to clients on all aspects of shipping and travel including routes, fares, and regulations
- Book reservations for clients using computerized reservation and ticketing systems
- Arrange travel itineraries and make travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Resolve issues and complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant in the shipping industry
- Strong knowledge of computerized reservation and ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field
