Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Travel Consultant with 3-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in travel planning, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create customized travel itineraries. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and provide expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Itinerary Planning: Create comprehensive and customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities.
• Booking and Reservations: Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Travel Documentation: Ensure clients have all necessary travel documents, including visas, passports, and travel insurance.
• Budget Management: Assist clients in managing their travel budget, finding the best deals and offers available.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations to provide informed recommendations.
• Problem Resolution: Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise, providing effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell travel products and services, contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in travel consulting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., GDS, Amadeus, Sabre).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Passion for travel and a thorough understanding of various destinations worldwide.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Travel and Tourism .
• Experience with corporate travel management.
• Multilingual abilities.
