Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in making travel arrangements and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of reservation systems and travel-related software
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in either international or domestic markets.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at Journey Junction located in South Delhi. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, and assisting customers with reservations. The role requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
