Our main office is in South Delhi, with a branch office in London. We pride ourselves on delivering fantastic customer service, trying to understand and anticipate each and every guests requirements.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Consultant at Jalakara. As a Travel Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will include travel consulting, travel management, making travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and managing reservations. While the role is based in South Delhi, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in managing reservations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
