Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at Hummingbird Travels in Ahmedabad. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. You will provide knowledgeable recommendations and excellent customer service to ensure that clients have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, including popular attractions, accommodations, and transportation options
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and online reservation platforms
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately process and manage travel bookings
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the travel industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus
