Role Description

The Travel Consultant role is a full-time on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for clients, including making reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that clients have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Basic Skill Requirement

• Well versed with Online Searching and Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations
• Experience with travel booking systems will be an advantage to the candidate
