- Role Overview: As a Travel Sales Consultant at Holdonworld, you will play a key role in helping clients plan and book their travel arrangements. This includes everything from flights and accommodations to tours and activities. Your main objective will be to understand client needs and preferences, and then provide tailored travel solutions that exceed their expectations.
Client Consultation:
Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.Travel Planning:
Research, plan, and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tours, and activities.Sales: Promote and sell travel packages and services to new and existing clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the travel experience, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.Market Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, travel destinations, and competitor offerings.Documentation: Handle travel documents, insurance, visas, and other necessary paperwork.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Experience: Previous experience in travel sales or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in travel booking systems.
Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.Customer Focus:
