Job Overview
We are seeking a Travel Consultant to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This includes providing personalized travel recommendations, offering guidance on travel destinations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, with an employment type of Full-Time.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Travel Management systems and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Experience in travel sales and booking processes.
- Proficiency in using Pay Per Click (PPC) platforms to promote travel packages and deals.
- Strong understanding of international travel requirements and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Provide personalized travel recommendations based on clients preferences and budget.
- Offer guidance on travel destinations, attractions, and local customs.
- Research and book the best travel deals and packages for clients.
- Ensure a seamless travel experience for clients by coordinating all travel components and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends and changes to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Manage and maintain client records, including booking details and travel preferences.
- Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to negotiate rates and secure special arrangements for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
