Position : Travel Consultant Sales : Both Domestic & International

We are looking for a travel consultant to join our company to help us create and organize trips for our clients. You will be required to interact with our clients and guide them toward picking the best holiday package to suit all of their requirements. Your contribution will impact our company as well as the satisfaction of our customers and drive profits. We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant who specializes in tailor made travel and tours.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Help clients identify their ideal travel package and suggest the best package.
  • Study and assimilate all information regarding travel destinations such as prices, weather, language, customs, etc.
  • Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
  • Sell the appropriate tour package to the right customer.
  • Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.
  • Reach the sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date on domestic travel trends.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business or relevant fields.
  • Destination Knowledge: Must have knowledge and experience in domestic & international destinations.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role for domestic & international Sales.
  • A proven track record of securing sales in a customer-focused environment.
  • Having knowledge of South Indian language is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and liaison skills.
  • Natural rapport-building skills.
  • Strong customer service ethic.
  • Self motivated and target driven.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver.
