As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their domestic travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling clients domestic travel needs.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Travel Planning:
- Assist clients in planning their domestic travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Stay updated on domestic travel trends, destinations, and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Offer personalized travel recommendations based on clients preferences and budget.
Sales and Promotions:
- Promote special offers, travel packages, and promotions to encourage sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Freshers from Tourism Background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
