Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Travel Consultant at Ease India Travel. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, making reservations, and offering expert travel advice to clients on their journeys.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
- Strong Customer Service and Reservation abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
- Experience with travel booking systems
- Ability to work well in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
- Highly proficient in MS EXCEL is a must
