Travel Consultant - B2B and B2C

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant - B2B and B2C at Tejovathi Consulting in Bengaluru. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel advice, planning, and booking services to both B2B and B2C clients. They will collaborate with clients to understand their travel requirements, offer suitable travel options, and ensure seamless travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries, GDS and transportation options
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to understand and cater to diverse travel requirements
• Proficiency in relevant travel booking systems and software
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Certifications or relevant qualifications in travel and tourism are a plus
