Job Title:- Travel & Tourism Facility

Location :- Sector 5 Noida

CTC :- 6 - 7 LPA

The Travel and Tourism Faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in travel and tourism courses, developing curriculum, mentoring students, and engaging in professional development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire and guide students towards their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching and Instruction:

Develop and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in travel and tourism.

Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and promote active

learning.

Prepare course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams.

2. Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with colleagues to design, update, and improve the travel and tourism curriculum.

Ensure course content is relevant, current, and aligned with industry standards.

Incorporate feedback from students and industry partners to enhance the curriculum.

3. Student Assessment:

Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical projects.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress.

Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance.

4. Mentoring and Support:

Provide academic and career guidance to students.

Support students in their professional development and internship placements.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

5. Professional Development:

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the travel and tourism industry.

Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and industry

partnerships.

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching effectiveness.
