Job Overview

We are looking for a Travel Advisor with less than 1 year of experience to join our team at KING HILLS TRAVELS . As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This is a full-time position located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
  • Passion for travel and a strong knowledge of popular destinations, attractions, and travel trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle inquiries from multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings and payments.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and online reservation platforms.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Provide information on travel destinations, attractions, and local customs to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Offer recommendations and suggestions based on customers preferences and budget to enhance their travel experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and developments to provide the most relevant and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies, to ensure smooth and enjoyable travel experiences for customers.
  • Process bookings and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in coordinating travel logistics and making necessary arrangements for group travel or special events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customers expectations.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations to ensure compliance and maintain the highest level of integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices to continuously improve the travel advisory process.
