Job Overview
We are looking for a Travel Advisor to join our team at Tejasva Industries. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills

- Book and confirm travel arrangements for customers, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Offer personalized travel advice to customers based on their preferences, budget, and travel needs
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends, airline policies, and travel restrictions
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and provide support when needed
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Upsell travel-related products and services to generate additional revenue
