Qualifications and Skills

- Experience in travel planning and booking
- Negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients
- Knowledge of Punjabi language is preferred
- Personality development skills to engage with a diverse range of clients
- Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements
- Provide recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and travel itineraries
- Handle booking requests, cancellations, and changes in travel plans
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, visa requirements, and travel advisories
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to negotiate deals and secure bookings
- Promote and sell travel products and packages
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip
- Handle emergency situations and provide support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
