As the Transport Manager at Silver Oaks International School, Kommadi Campus, you will be responsible for managing the school s transportation fleet and ensuring the safe and timely transportation of students. You will supervise drivers, coordinate routes, and implement policies and procedures to maintain high safety and efficiency standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree or Diploma
- Proven experience in transportation or fleet management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards, particularly as they relate to school transportation.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and communicate with stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including transportation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings, to accommodate transportation needs
