Qualifications & Skills Required: Should have Minimum 6+ Years of Experiencein the relevant industry- Strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using transportation management software. Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively.

- Transportation Management:
Oversee and coordinate all transportation activities for the institutions, including daily routes, vehicle scheduling, and logistics.- Ensure timely and safe transportation of students, staff, and other stakeholders.
Develop and manage transportation schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.
- Vehicle Maintenance and Safety:
Monitor and ensure the regular maintenance and servicing of all transportation vehicles.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for vehicle operation and passenger safety.
Conduct routine inspections and manage repairs or replacements as needed.
Recruit, train, and supervise drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety regulations.- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to drivers.
Address and resolve any driver-related issues or concerns.
- Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, driver logs, and transportation incidents.
Prepare and submit reports related to transportation operations.
- Budget and Resource Management:
Manage the transportation budget, including costs related to fuel, maintenance, and staffing.- Evaluate and recommend cost-effective solutions and improvements for transportation services.
- Communication and Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for transportation-related queries and concerns from students, parents, staff, and other stakeholders.- Coordinate with other departments to address transportation needs and resolve issues.
Provide regular updates and reports to institutional leadership regarding transportation operations.
Develop and implement emergency response plans related to transportation incidents.
Coordinate with emergency services and ensure appropriate actions are taken during transportation emergencies.
