Description

We are looking for experienced Translators & Interpreters to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-12 years of experience working in the job market context of India and have a strong command over English and at least one Indian language.

Responsibilities

• Translate written documents from one language to another, ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained
• Interpret spoken conversations between two or more people, conveying the meaning and tone of the speakers accurately
• Conduct research to ensure the accuracy of translations and interpretations
• Proofread and edit translated documents to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of projects

Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Translation, Interpretation, Linguistics or a related field
• 2-12 years of experience working as a Translator or Interpreter in the job market context of India
• Excellent command over English and at least one Indian language
• Strong knowledge of grammar, syntax, and vocabulary in both source and target languages
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using translation and interpretation software and tools
• Experience in conducting research and using reference materials to ensure accuracy of translations and interpretations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
