- Knowledge Management: Manage creation, deployment and reuse of knowledge artifacts created across different transition programs and facilitate adoption of best practices.
- Transition Planning: Create a comprehensive plan covering timelines, resource allocation and budget; for respective transition project.
- Strategy - planning & formulation: Provides inputs for the business transition strategy and creates customized transition plans for the transition programs based on specific client needs.
- Transition Financial Management: Plan, deploy and manage financials for the transition program
- Foster Transition Innovation & Excellence: Continually strive towards, innovating & improving transition methodology, implementation of best practices within the group.
- Compliance to Transition Framework and Methodology: Build competencies and control systems around the transition Framework and Methodology.
- Contract Management: Drive all contractual discussions with the internal and external stakeholders during.
- Resource Planning & Allocation: Allocate/ mobilize appropriate resources for ongoing or upcoming Transition projects.
