Domain Knowledge Requirement
- Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) and/or
- Insurance (Life, Non-life) and/or
- Pension and Retirement
Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of aligned transitions, including schedule, cost, and risk management.
- Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for a smooth transition of services and processes.
- Manage the transition team and address complex issues during the transition process.
- Maintain open communication and drive governance with all stakeholders.
- Manage risks and maintain a unified risk register.
- Provide direction and support to the project team to ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
- Participate in the creation and review of transition solutions for RFPs/RFIs and pre-sales support.
- Maintain transition documentation as per the Wipro transition framework.
Experience and skills
- Experience in managing complex transitions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of transition methodologies and best practices.
- PMP certified professional (Preferred).
Additional Knowledge and skills
- Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Knowledge on platforms and tools and applications in the respective domains (HRO, Insurance and Pension)
Education
- Any Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Management, or master's degree is preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in transition management
