Ensure adherence to the Offshoring/transition framework for project planning, execution, and delivery Act as a SPOC for clients during the transition phase of the projects Work with service delivery teams and lead them to exceed client expectations at all times Handle end to end transition/ramp-up of new and existing accounts and manage the project scope and schedule Formulate, design, construct transition projects, and present transition solutions internally/externally Should understand the requirements of a detailed transition implementation plan for new client proposals
Should be able to perform due diligence during the Transition period to align with the contractual obligations and set expectations on the Transition with the client and internal stakeholders To be the single point of contact with the client, the implementation team senior management to provide a 360-degree view of transition management
To identify and address potential risks that can adversely impact project timelines and put mitigation plans in place Brainstorm with the team and prepare internal risk Issues management procedures Lead and execute structured governance with key workstreams involved in transition implementation (Sales, HR, IT, Operations, Software) Develop the overall transition project plan and guides the Knowledge Transfer leads in creating the SOPs or Work Instructions for every client/project transitioned
Follow the transition toolkit strive for continuous improvement in the toolkit documentation Develop good working relationships with Clients, Cross-functional and Operations teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should be well versed in various aspects of the healthcare revenue cycle and have an overall experience of 8 to 10 years in the US Healthcare RCM with about 3 to 4 years of Transition Management experience.
Should be familiar with Project / Transition Management Functions.
