Transformation Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Transformation Manager / Change Manager to drive and manage change initiatives across our organization. Your role will involve working with stakeholders to develop and execute change management plans, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in change management or transformation management.
