We are seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and facilitating the operational aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring seamless interactions among buyers, sellers, agents, and external agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the American real estate market, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise in real estate processes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
- Work closely with real estate agents, clients, escrow teams, and mortgage brokers to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Organize and manage transaction documentation, compliance with legal requirements, and ensure all necessary forms are filed accurately and on time.
- Schedule, coordinate, and attend closing processes, including ensuring all necessary parties are informed of their roles and responsibilities.
- Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
- Review and coordinate all listing information including contracts, leases, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies for real estate listings as needed.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, conducting research, and managing projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator or a similar role in the American real estate industry.
- Excellent understanding of real estate transaction processes, documentation, and legalities as practiced in the USA.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several transactions at once.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all parties involved in transactions.
- Proficient with real estate software and tools, including CRM systems and transaction management platforms.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
