Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand & capture the training requirement of R&D.
- Designing and developing training for R&D in close collaboration with various subject matter experts.
- Implementing technology enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning.
- Support to develop new customized learning solutions.
- Identify, evaluate & enroll new training agencies to cater the training need.
- Planning & Execution of training as per TNI received.
- Vendor payment management.
- Miscellaneous activities (MIS, SOP preparation etc.).
Required Skills:
- MS Office (Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel/Word etc..)
- Data management & analysis
Essential:
- B.E / B. Tech
- Branch: Mechanical (preferred)
