Position: Training Quality - Assistant Manager / Lead
Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai

TNSIF is actively scaling-up its curriculum and quality team which supports the several youth
employability programs pan India. Youth employability programs tackle the ever-growing skill gap
challenge faced by youth in developing countries like India. Through our proven program design we
work to identify, skill and empower underprivileged youth through a combination of skills training,
career counselling support and corporate linkages. This role calls for an organized, detailed -
oriented, analytical, and empathetic approach to work. The individual must demonstrate
commitment and zeal to scale the impact of all of our content intervention.
Role:
1. Conduct Train the Trainer Program on Training Delivery and Facilitation Skills, and Foundation Soft-Skills for Trainers for all new-hire trainers.
2. Designing and conducting training workshops for the trainers in the organisation.
3. Conduct remedial training and coaching sessions for the low-performing trainers in the organisation.
4. Conduct super-evaluations for trainers and evaluators.
5. Documenting and sharing feedback with the trainers.
6. Providing coaching and training to trainers to improve the quality of their training delivery and facilitation.
7. Creating and documenting action plans for low performing trainers to scale up their quality score.
8. Participate in quality tool calibrations.
9. Conduct quality calibrations with trainers to maintain their understanding of quality standards required for training.
10. Create monthly quality reports - training evaluation, calibration score variance, monthly snapshots etc.
11. Engage with students to gather direct verbal feedback on training sessions and content quality.
12. Provide quality assurance orientation to all trainers in the Train the Trainer program.
13. Collaborate with the HR team to assess the quality of candidates applying for a trainer role.
14. Collaborate with the Monitoring & Evaluation team for data analysis related to training quality.
15. Facilitate knowledge management by compiling and organizing all training-related documentation and feedback from inception to completion.
16. Implement various assessment methodologies to evaluate training effectiveness and ensure alignment with quality standards.
17. Become familiar with the content of various programs to provide customised quality support.
Details:
The candidate will work exclusively with the program director to address the needs of various programs run by TNSIF across various locations. The role requires engaging with trainers to ensure that the training delivery and facilitation skills of all our trainers across platforms, location and in-person classrooms meet the standards set by us.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience in people skills development, training delivery and training quality assurance.
2. Knowledge and experience in Training the Trainers on training delivery and facilitation skills.
3. Knowledge and experience in delivering training for campus to corporate training programs.
4. Knowledge of soft skills curriculum used in a corporate learning environment.
5. Experience in conducting training quality monitoring for adult learners.
6. Knowledge of basic quality monitoring and assurance tools used in training.
7. Experience in creating quality reports in excel using tools like pareto chart and analysis, stratification and histograms etc.

1. Ability to work effectively in an agile, continuously evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
2. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks based on team needs and project requirements.
3. Experience in working with multicultural teams and imbibing cross-cultural competence.
4. Adept in using Microsoft Office and Google suite.
5. Effective communication in visual, oral and written English.
6. Flexible and willing to travel both locally and outside the city as needed.
7. Demonstrate proactive attitude and leadership within the team to drive efficiency.
8. Maintain effective correspondence within the team to facilitate seamless communication and enhance collaborative efforts.
9. Apply discernment in decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes and effective solutions.
