Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Officer located in Chennai. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for analyzing training needs, developing training programs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will also be involved in employee training and communication related to training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Training & Development expertise
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of employee training techniques
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the security industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
