Key job responsibilities: -
- Define the training plan and schedule
- Training to new hired employee/project interns/students
- Coordinate with the department head and team lead regarding TNA(Training Need Analysis)
- Transfer or share knowledge to a new developer or existing
- Devising technical training programs according to organizational requirements
- Producing training schedules and classroom agenda
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, assignments etc.)
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- Observe and evaluate the results of training programs
- Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- Development and training experience required
- ASP.NET, MVC, C#, MS SQL Server - Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, Web API
