Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive learning strategies, aligning with our organization's vision and priorities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating learning solutions, leading projects, measuring ROI and collaborating with multi-stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy and Develo
pment1. Develop and implement a holistic learning strategy, aligned with organizational goals and priori

owth.3. Design and deliver tailored learning programs, leveraging innovative methodologies.
Project Lead
ership1. Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver learning initiatives.
2. Manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
3. Ensure projects meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
ROI Measurement and Evaluation
1. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure learning effectiveness.
2. Conduct ROI analyses to assess program
impact.3. Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration1. Partner with business leaders to understand learning requirements.
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design relevant
content.
3. Foster relationships with vendors and external partners.
Alignment with Organizational Vision
1. Ensure learning strategies support organizational objectives.
2. Align programs with company values and
culture.3. Communicate learning initiatives to stakeholders.

Essential
1. 8+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development or related field.
2. Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing learning strategies.
4. Project management expertise (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid).
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Desirable
1. Certification in instructional design (e.g., ADDIE), project management (e.g., PMP) or learning analytics.
2. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning analytics tools.
3. Knowledge of adult learning theories and methodologies.
4. Familiarity with ROI measurement and evaluation frameworks.
