Job Opportunity Manager Training for Beauty Brand in Delhi & Mumbai

We are seeking a proactive Beauty Training Manager to drive the training and development of our beauty professionals in Delhi and Mumbai.

Minimum experience 6+ years

Location: Delhi & Mumbai

CTC up to 19 LPA

Preference from Beauty only

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead training programs.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training.
• Assess training effectiveness and coach staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on beauty trends.
• Create training materials.
• Train staff on new product launches.
