Truww is seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager specializing in interior design and construction to join our team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our interior design staff
This role requires a deep understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and industry best practices
Responsibilities
Diving deep into the existing policies/processes/methods of operation and developing new solutions/programs/SOPs to support the strategic direction.
End-to-end ownership of training programs in the region: from needs analysis stage, to management and execution of training
Ensure that new hires and current employees learn new skills, quickly develop the knowledge and ability to settle in and become experts at what they do
Developing programs to continually grow the talent within the Design / Sales vertical.
Ensure the effective onboarding and training of the on ground design and operations teams with to ensure reduced design and installation errors/TAT/cost, quality of delivery, and design process, customer experience, and satisfaction et al
Design content/modules, organising and coordinating training sessions
Work closely with business to preempt challenges and areas of opportunity, and devise learning objects to solve for those challenges.
Own and better DQC and other performance metrics of the function.
Collaborate with various BU teams and central stakeholders to meet the organisational training needs.
Qualifications
2-3 years of program/learning management in a similar operations environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with individuals across demographics of the organization.
Fluid with virtual and in person interactions/trainings
Past experience of working with architects/interior designers or similar professions.
Exposure to various learning methodologies, modalities and tools
Track record of creating business impact via learning
