Manager Training & Development
Reporting to: GM - Operations

Responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees.
Assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives.
Identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees.
Responsible for planning, organizing, leading and supervising the training for the operations
Actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate & enhance performance.
Develop tools to effectively recognize performance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
Qualifications & Exposure
Bachelors Degree in relevant field.
Minimum 5 Years of experience in handling a set of F&B Retail units and relevant experience in the Learning & Development department.
F& B Retail or related industry exposure.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
Develops training and development programs and objectives.
Designed training programs and manuals keeping in mind individual as well as organizational goals.
Administers spending against the departmental budget.
Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
Responsible for developing & administering QSC Audits for the outlet operations driving operational excellence.
Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
Modifies programs as needed.
Responsible for successful execution of all new outlet launches. This would include work flow setup, conceptual & on the floor training of the outlet team, mock trial runs for operations and liaising between other departments.
Responsible for successful execution of all new product launches. This would include SOP development, on the floor training of caf & kitchen team and liaising between other departments.
Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
Works effectively as a team member with other members of management.
Assist human resources department in designing appraisal programs.
Help develop effective tools to drive proper Cost Controls across the system.
