Hiring Training Manager for EVE Technologies Pvt. Ltd
Job Description:
- Train internal employees.
- Conduct user (client) training sessions.
- Track the training progress for both clients and internal team members.
- Regularly review and update program learning objectives.
- Lead the
training needs analysis for the business.
- Evaluate individual, organizational, and client development needs.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance existing programs.
- Prepare various reports such as checklists and training evaluation reports.
- Analyze feedback from training programs and take corrective actions if necessary.
- Design and develop training programs.
- Design post-training engagement modules.
- Prepare training PPTs and content.
Desired Profile:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Graduate in any stream.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate training.
Location: Kolkata
Annual CTC: 3.6 - 4 Lakhs / PA
