- Produce physical and digital educational materials like videos and case studies for training.
- Onboard new sales team members and coordinate performance review sessions.
- Monitor sales objectives and results to track progress.
- Collect feedback from trainees and managers regarding training courses.
- Report on the impact of training programs, such as sales achieved.
- Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars.
- Maintain updated records of training materials, curricula, and costs
- Working on Capability development and succession planning
