Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff, including branch managers, relationship managers, and sales executives.
- Ensure that training content aligns with the unique features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of the First Step Micro Business Loan.
- Cover topics such as loan features, credit assessment, documentation, loan disbursement process, and customer engagement strategies.
- Deepen the understanding of retail staff regarding the First Step Micro Business Loan product.
- Conduct regular workshops, webinars, and classroom sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Address queries and clarify doubts related to loan terms, pricing, and customer eligibility.
- Equip sales teams with effective selling techniques and objection-handling skills.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership to create sales playbooks and scripts specific to the micro business loan segment.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure that all retail staff adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies while promoting and processing micro business loans.
- Conduct periodic assessments to verify compliance and address any gaps.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in lending regulations.
- Work closely with branch managers, regional heads, and other stakeholders to drive loan origination targets.
- Foster a collaborative environment where retail teams actively share best practices and success stories.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns related to the product.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Generate regular reports on training completion, knowledge retention, and impact on loan sales.
- Identify areas for improvement and adjust training content accordingly.

Education Qualification:
Graduation: Bachelor s in Engineering / Technology / Management/ Computers/Science.
Post-graduation: MBA.
Experience: 5-10 year of experience in retail banking, preferably with exposure to lending products
