Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Manager at Emaza Services Private Limited. As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs for our clients in the FMCG industry. This includes assessing training needs, developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of training programs. Create training materials. Manage training budget. Tracking training and development progress.
