Description

We are seeking a skilled Training manager with 410 years of experience in training to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

Planning, scheduling, and executing process-specific training and product- & skill-based training for students.

Coordinate and execute Induction programs for new Trainers across all the branches Evaluate the Process & Product knowledge test through online module. Take initiative, like e-Learning.

Provide tool to improve efficiency of individuals

Scrutiny of new recruit profile and conduct evaluation tests for them before selection

Collect & Publish industry fraud cases and make branch staff aware about possible lapses which lead to serious loss

Circulate knowledge series and conduct surprise online/SMS/telephonic test

Analysing and chunking existing raw content for creating learning material.

  • Conduct sessions to improve productivity and quality of Training.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create effective training plans
  • Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning courses
  • Deliver training sessions in person or via virtual platforms
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
  • 4-10 years of experience in training and development
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and technology
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with training needs analysis and evaluation
  • Design and develop training materials and curriculum for process control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA).
