Job Summary
To deliver and implement the Strategic and Operational plan for the smooth running of the academy. Provide leadership, management and monitoring to all aspects of the Academy, working closely with the trainers and L&D team. Be the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders regarding the Academy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the academy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Overseas the development and revision of curriculum content, ensuring it meets educational standards set by the company and addresses the needs of the academy.
- Prepare strategies and collaborate with external stakeholders, including educational institutions, and the community, to develop partnerships and enhance the academy's offerings and opportunities for trainees in all aspects.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the academy, increase its visibility, and attract prospective students and participants.
- Develop and manage the academy's budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academy programs and services, gather feedback from the stakeholders and implement improvements as needed.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of academy facilities, ensuring they are functional and conducive to learning or training activities.
- Staff management for the training Academy.
- Prepare reports, presentations and documentation related to academy operations, performance and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and manage change effectively through effective communication and a process of continuous improvement.
- Ensure that equality, diversity and inclusion are maintained and developed across all programs and areas of the academy.
Job Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum of 05 years of experience as an Academy Manager in an education institute or equivalent experience leading training or Heading Learning and Development Department in a corporate setting.
