As a Learning & Training specialist you'll be responsible for coordinating the development of commercial/technical training content, maintaining, deploying , certification and developing training plan/calendar for internal and external audience. Continuous learning on our connected offerings is critical to ensure we grow faster with our differentiating offers and enable services sales.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate creation of commercial/technical content with subject matter experts
- Deploy and maintain High quality training materials
- Develop training program including certification for internal teams, Certified System Integrators , Specifiers and trade partners
- Coordination and usage of approved Signify tools and suppliers
- Single point of contact for all Systems and services training program
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in training and learning solutions design
- Expertise in using instructional methods and training techniques, including curriculum design principles and blended learning strategies
- Strong interpersonal , communication skills and team player
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a timely and efficient matter
- Creative in content and asset creation
- In possession of Bachelor degree or higher
