About The Role
We are looking for experienced project management professionals, having passion for leading training projects to join our team of SAP Enable Now content creators. The role focuses on coordinating with the client PMO and the training developers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree with more than 7 years of experience
- Certified or trained Project in management practices such as PMP or Prince 2
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Onsite and offshore functional and training teams
- Preparing training plans
- Scheduling training sessions
- Delivering onsite as well as online training sessions
- Preparing and conducting the evaluations
- Creating effort and time estimations for new client projects
- Creating training SOPs
- Accumulating knowledge across the project deliveries
- Research on new tools, techniques for training and help in implementing them.
