Training Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Executive at Veeline Industries Ltd. The Training Executive will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for employees. They will assess training needs, develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. The Training Executive will also coordinate with department heads and HR to identify training gaps and implement solutions.

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate materials
• Organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field
