Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Training Executive to join our Facility Management team. As a Training Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees, focusing on skill enhancement and professional development.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various topics relevant to facility management and client engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design customised training solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and new technologies to ensure training programs are current and effective.
- Manage and maintain training materials, resources, and documentation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organisation.
- Coordinate with external trainers and consultants as needed to supplement internal training efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Hotel Management
- Proven experience in training and development roles, preferably in the facility management, Hotels or real estate industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop relevant programs to address those needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
- Enthusiastic about fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
