Job Description

Job Summary:

The Training Executive is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for employees within an organization. This role involves assessing training needs, developing curriculum and materials, and facilitating training sessions to enhance the skills, performance, and productivity of employees.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Training Needs Assessment:
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with department heads to understand specific training requirements.
Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including e-learning, workshops, and seminars.
  • Create training materials, manuals, and other documentation.
Update training programs to reflect new techniques, technologies, and methodologies.
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
  • Use a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as simulations, team exercises, group discussions, and lectures.
Ensure effective delivery of training through engaging and interactive methods.
Evaluation and Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and results.
Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
Coordination and Logistics: Coordinate training schedules and logistics, including booking venues and arranging necessary equipment.
  • Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
Liaise with external training providers and consultants as needed.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on training activities and outcomes to senior management.

Pay: 18,
  • 00 - 20,000.00 per month
