Plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate new hire training programs for all customer facing teams, including classroom training sessions, self-study programs, and print materials.
Develop creative, interactive training tools, quick reference guides, and exercises to increase interest during training and knowledge retention.
Contribute to storyboarding and development of eLearning content and blended learning solutions.
Communicate frequently and effectively with key stakeholders to ensure that training programs are aligned with the goals and objectives of the business.
Develop and administer online testing and post-training evaluations.
Deliver real-time coaching and feedback to trainees and trainees supervisors/managers.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor s degree Business or Accounting major is preferred
5+ years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a similar role.
Experience in the US healthcare revenue cycle industry is must.
Knowledge of IDX / Centricity and experience with DME products.
