As a Training & Development Intern at GTS, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the creation and implementation of training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs and materials.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Support the creation of e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
- Participate in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to ensure effectiveness.
- Help manage and maintain the training database and records.
- Provide administrative support for training events, including scheduling, communication, and logistics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and data science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in training or educational roles is a plus.
