The ideal candidate possesses the skills to generate sales of training programs and will be responsible for coordinating their delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with current and new clients, gaining an in-depth understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Generate new leads through cold calling and LinkedIn & create compelling proposals tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution and delivery of training programs to clients.
- Liaise with various departments to address client feedback and ensure their satisfaction, enhancing long-term relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales support or customer services work experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Training & Development Industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
